Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 5393; ca. 1978; Matti of Lynne - Dress or Top/Blouse and Skirt. Dress is semi-fitted with below knee-length skirt and top gathered onto band collar with front neckline slit, covered button and self loop closing, full length sleeves gathered at shoulder and onto buttoned cuff. Self tie belt and topstitch trim. Separate skirt is gathered onto waistband and has back zipper.
Vintage condition: pattern is cut out, complete and has been used. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (spotty discolouration, creasing, small tears). This is a second hand item.
