Butterick 4631 jacket and dress sewing pattern. Loose-fitting, partially-lined, waistlength jacket has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, shaped front hemline and long sleeves. Dress, lower calf, has fitted bodice, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, flared skirt, back zipper and armholes bands. A. contrast bodice. Purchased belt.

The pattern is used, complete and the instructions are present. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some small tears and spotty discolouration.  This is a second-hand item.
