Butterick 4503; ca. 1977; Men's Nightshirt. Loose fitting nightshirt in two lengths with all-in-one pointed collar and band, extension front buttoned closing extending into a pleat, full-length sleeves with band cuffs, patch pocket, shirttail hemline, and topstitch trim. Solid or bi-color.

The pattern is unused and complete. The envelope is worn. It is creased and has tiny tears, and spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
