Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 4428; ca. 1967; Dress and Jacket. Semi-fitted A-line dress has high yoke in front with oval neckline and short sleeves. Cardigan jacket with neck banding and button trim has seven-eighths length sleeves and is lined to edge.

The pattern is complete and uncut. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
