Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 4253 vintage 1990s dress, Misses/misses petite dress and belt. Dress, lower calf has shoulder pads, loose-fitting bodice with tuck variations, elastic (seamed) waist, flared skirt, back zipper, above-elbow sleeves or long sleeves with placket, pleats and button cuffs and belt. A.C. contrast collar and purcahsed flower.

The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is worn, it is creased and torn with spotty discolouration and a marker pen mark.
