Butterick 4030 vintage 1970s dress pattern

Size 12 Bust 34 inches

Pettern and instructions to make: Butterick 4030; ca. 1976; Misses' Dress. Closely-fitted and flared dress is slightly below knee length, gathered into forward shoulder seams, has V-neckline with turn over bias collar extending into ties and full-length sleeves elasticized at wrist.  Purchased belt.

Vintage condition: pattern is, complete and has been used. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, spotty discolouration, small tears). This is a second hand item.
