Instructions and pattern to make: Butterick 3936; ca. 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Very loose-fitting blouse has standing collar, extending into tie ends, front and back shoulder tucks and either full length sleeves with continued lap opening or short sleeves both gathered at caps and into buttoned cuffs. Views A & B have back neckline slit with hook and eye closing. Views C & D have front buttoned closing.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, worn, with some tiny tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
