Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 3440; ©1989; Misses' Top & Skirt. Loose-fitting, blouson (back), double-breasted top has shawl collar, shoulder pads, peplum and long sleeves. A: contrast detachable collar and purchased trim. Straight skirt, mid-knee or below mid-knee, has waistband and back zipper and hemline vent. Fitted and flared skirt, below mid-calf, has waistband, side front and side back seams and side zipper.
The pattern is complete and has been neatly cut out to size 10, making sizes 8 and 10 useable. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased, has small tears and has spotty discolouration on it. This is a second-hand item.
