Vogue American Designer 1409; ca. mid 1980s; Carol Horn - Misses' Jacket and Skirt. Very loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has dropped shoulder, mock bands, shaped hemline, low armholes, mock front vest (single layer) attached at shoulders and side seams and wrist length sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). Slightly flared skirt, lower calf (front) slightly below lower calf (back), has elastic waist, side pockets and shaped hemline. B: contrast.
The skirt pattern is uncut and the jacket pattern is complete and cut out.
The envelope has tattering. It is has a red mark on the front, creased has tears and has some discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
