Model 1 is mid calf length. Model 2 is below knee length with shirt-tail hem (back longer than front) and hemline insets in side seams.
The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tears and some discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
