Australian home journal 1st July 1938. Contains four UNPRINTED unused, factory folded sewing patterns. The patterns are for the three women’s dresses and child’s dress on the front cover. The instructions are inside the magazine, along with some fantastic advertisements for mail order sewing patterns, some fantastic advertisements and some very dated personal advice.
The patterns are UNPRINTED unused, complete and factory folded. The magazine has some signs of wear. The covers have a grubby appearance. The staples are rusty and have made rust marks around them. The cover is detached and there are tears around where the staples were and on the edges of the cover. There is a name written in pencil on the cover. There is some staining and foxing on the covers and internal pages. The patterns are creased (see photo). There are corner bumps on some pages. The covers are in colour and the contents are in black and white. The Snow White and the seven dwarfs supplement advertised on the cover is absent. This is a second-hand item.
