Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 4509; ca. 1976; John Kloss - Misses' Gown: Close-fitting gown in three lengths has scoop neckline with front slit, attached self bow variations, cut away armholes with or without short flared or straight full length sleeves gathered or darted at caps and topstitch trim. View E - high front hemline slit and bikini panties with elasticized edges.

Vintage condition: pattern is, complete and has been cut out. The pieces are creased. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, spotty discolouration, small tears). This is a second hand item.
