The pattern is complete and has mostly been cut out to the largest size, a little roughly, making all sizes useable, dress C front and back are uncut. Some pieces are creased and there are small hole and tears on some pieces. The instructions are present, with a tear on them. The envelope is tattered it is creased, with spotty discolouration and some creasing and tears. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
