Pattern and instructions to make:

Vogue American Designer 2551; ca. 1980; Joseph Picone - Misses' Jacket, Skirt & Blouse. Semi-fitted, lined jacket has shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams) and two-piece sleeves. Purchased foldover braid trim. Pleated skirt has side zipper. Semi-fitted blouse has bias collar, front concealed button closing, front tucks, back pleat, forward shoulder seams and sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs. Contrast bow tie.

The pattern is complete and uncut, factory folded. The envelope has creases, corner bumps and writing on it. This is a second hand item.
