Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 8173; ©1969; Boy's Shirt and Bell-Bottom Pants: The shirt with front button closing and short raglan sleeves has "stand-up" collar and button trimmed, top-stitched patch pockets. The bell-bottom pants with elastic waistline casing has back patch pockets.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope  shows wear (creasing, staining). This is a second hand item.
