Instructions and pattern to make:Top and gown have raised waistline, sleeve variations, casing, elastic neckline and waistline, machine stitched narrow hems. A, D: ribbon trim. D. Ruffle hem. Pants in two lengths have casing and elastic waist, machine stitched narrow hem.

The pattern is complete and factory folded, the envelope has some creases and corner bumps, there is adhesive tape residue on the front.  This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
