Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 4306 girl's tops, skirt and pants. Loose fitting top in two lengths has self neckline, cuff and hemline bands, full length or cap sleeves. Flared skirt in two lengths and pants have elastic waistline. Topstitching.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tears, staining). This is a second hand item.
