In good condition overall with a few flaws. Wear and tear to cover. Several scuffs, scratches and creases. Cover has a grubby appearance (both front and back) with several small marks/stains and foxing spots, a tiny nick to top of spine. Tear at centre bottom of back cover. Wear/rubbing to spine with several small nicks down spine edge, primarily around staples. Small pencil annotations to front cover. Staples have started to rust (though they are still intact) and there is some light rust transference to surrounding paper. The cover has come off, the middle pages are detached, the rest of the catalogue is intact. General age discolouration/tanning throughout, with heavier tanning to page edges. A few small foxing spots and handling creases. But otherwise good. Internal pages are otherwise good with no major flaws - no major stains or tears and no further annotations.
The patterns are unused, complete and factory folded. The transfers. Are factory folded and present, I am not sure if they would work after 80 plus years. This is a second-hand item.
Your pattern will arrive packed in an archival quality comic book bag with an archival quality backing board.
