Pattern and instructions to make Vogue Easy Options. Misses/misses petite dress. Loose-fitting , tapered dress, above mid-knee, has extended shoulders, shoulder pads and above elbow or long sleeves. A. Contrast front, back and flaps. B. Contrast side front, side back and 3/4 sleeve with cuff. 

The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is creased and has some tears and some sticky tape at the back and writing in pencil on the front.
