Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 5461; ©1991; Misses' Jacket. Very loose-fitting, unlined jacket has collar or self-lined hood, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, side pockets and long sleeves with elastic. A, B: elastic at lower edge. C: stitched hem. D: drawstring at lower edge. C, D: drawstring waist.

The pattern is complete and factory folded The envelope is creased and has some tears and brown discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
