Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 8468; ©1994; Misses'/Miss Petite Blouse: Semi-fitted blouse has shaped hem, V-neckline and front buttons. A, B, E and F have long sleeves; C and D have short sleeves. B with lace overlay and sleeves has lace trim. D has a pointed collar. E has contrast rounded collar. F with ribbon trim has double collar.

The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is creased and has some tears, the top flap is torn off.
