The pattern is mostly cut out, some pieces have adhesive tape on them, there is a 1/2 inch tear on the edge of one piece and a 1 inch cut on one piece. The envelope is in poor condition. It is slightly creased and has multiple tears. There are some small brown marks (foxing), and pencil writing on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
