Instructions and pattern to make vintage: Vogue's Basic Design 1648. Misses blouse. Very loose-fitting, blouson blouse  has jewel neck with bias binding or collar variations, shoulder pads, extended shoulders, yoke with forward shoulder seams, lower band, and short sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with button cuffs. B, D and E: pockets. D and E pleated ties. 

The pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with corner bumps and some spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
