Instructions and pattern to make Simplicity E.S.P. 5581; ©1982; Misses' Pullover Asymmetrical Dress ... Adjustable for Miss, Petite. Semi-fitted dress with left side button closing has square neckline. Skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline. Side seam pockets and corded piping trim.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some wear and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
