Instructions and pattern to make:

Misses dress and shirt. Straight, pullover dress (fitted through bust), below mid-knee or below mid-calf, has slightly cutaway armholes and pleated flounce. Very loose-fitting shirt has notched collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, low armholes, front and back pleats, shirttail hemline and long sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows). Narrow hem. A. Pockets. 

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tiny tears, corner bumps and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
