Pattern and instructions to make:

Vogue American Designer 1946; ca. 1978; Bill Blass - Misses Jacket, Blouse and Skirt. Very loose-fitting unlined, below-hip length jacket with front and back gathered into one-piece self-faced yoke, with extended shoulders, round neckline, round collar, applied tie ends, center front opening, (no buttons will meet at center front) side hemline slits and narrow hem. Full-length sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Loose-fitting blouse has front-buttoned closing, narrow bias binding on round neckline extending into tie ends and full-length sleeves gathered into narrow bias binding with button and loop closing. Topstitching. Skirt, 6 inches below knee, has elasticized waistline, pockets in side seams and narrow hem.

The pattern envelope is in fair condition, it is creased, worn, torn and has some spotty discolouration and cup rings on it. This pattern is cut out the instructions are present.
