Pattern and instructions to make: Vogue Americana 2889; ca. 1973; Oscar de La Renta - Misses' Dress, Tunic and Pants. Loose fitting, straight tunic or dress, in above knee length, has back and front gathered to yoke, inset front buttoned band closing, self or contrast pointed collar, full length sleeves gathered into self or contrast buttoned cuffs, welt pockets and shirttail shaped hem. With or without self tie belt holding in fullness at waistline. Topstitch and edge stitch trim. Wide, straight legged pants are darted into ribbon waistband.
