Pattern and instructions to make: Vogue 2503 vintage 1970s skirt, jacket and blouse pattern by American Designer Carol Horn. Super cute work outfit. Semi-fitted, unlined above hip length jacket has acrdigan neckline, front-buttoned closing, shoulder pads, front yokes, front and back dart tucks and welt pockets with flap. Full-length sleeves. Top-stitiching. Straight skirt, three inches (7.5 cm) below knee length has elasticised waistline, lapped side seams, pockets in side seams and left side vent. Loose-fitting blouson, below waist length pullover top (FOR STRETCHABLE KNITS ONLY) has pointed collar, centre front stitched pleat and short sleeves with pleat. Purchased rib knit trim for sleeve bands, collar and lower bands.
The pattern is used, is complete and has been cut out, in places, not very carefully, there is yellowing on some of the pieces and some are crinkled, the instructions are present. The envelope has wear. It is creased and torn and has brown discolouration. Price reflects codition. This is a second-hand item.
