Including a tissue lesson chart. “How to make a shirt collar.” The top-stitched shirt with front button closing, notched collar, short set-in sleeves and patch pocket may be fastened with buttons and buttonholes or with decorative snap fasteners. 

The pattern is complete, and uncut. The instructions are present,  The envelope has  wear. It is creased. There is discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
