Simplicity 5219; ©1972; Toddlers' Smock-Top and Bell-Bottom Pants: The smock-top softly gathered to yoke has front button closing, high round neckline, collar, patch pockets and set-in sleeves. Top-stitched V.1 has short sleeves. V. 2 with contrasting collar has long sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve bands. The bell-bottom pants with elastic waistline casing has optional decorative snap fasteners at inner leg seam.
Vintage condition: pattern is uncut and complete. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (tears, wear, creasing, stains). This is a second hand item.
