C and D have V-neckline, with or without pointed collar; armhole bands or full-length sleeves. Topstitch trim. Purchased belt.
Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (spotty discolouration, creasing, small tears). This is a second hand item.
