Pattern and instructions to make:
Butterick 4027; 1970s; Misses Top and Pants. Semi-fitted pull-over top has round neckline, seven-eighths length sleevees set into dropped shoulders, and topstitch trim. Straight-legged pants, without side seams, have elasticized waistline.
Vintage condition: pattern is uncut, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
