Pattern and instructions to make: 

Vogue Couturier Design 1347; ca. 1964; John Cavanagh - One Piece Wedding Gown. Gown with or without train extension in back has away-from-neck stand-up rolled collar and wide three-quarter length sleeves with roll cuffs. Optional cathedral length train attaches to collar in back.

Model on the cover is Jean Shrimpton.

Vintage condition: The UNCUT pattern is complete, some pieces have pinholes, rust stains, discolouration, tiny tears, writing on some pieces, some pieces creased. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows wear, creasing, there are some large tears at the top of the envelope. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope). This is a second hand item.
