Pattern and instructions to make:

Simplicity 8025; ©1968; Misses' Jumper and Blouse: The jumper with scoop neckline and back zipper has A-line skirt stitched to lined bodice at empire waistline. The blouse with front button closing and high round neckline has long set-in sleeves gathered at armholes and at lower edges to buttoned cuffs. Version one blouse has buttoned "stand-up" collar and lace edging trim. Version two blouse has bias roll tie collar.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and partly cut out but looks unused. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows wear, creasing. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) and some writing in pencil on the envelope. This is a second hand item.
