Size 6 years chest 24 inches

Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 2122; ca. 1961; Boys' Pant and Sport Shirt. (A) shirt with convertible collar, long band cuffed sleeves, patch pocket, top-stitch detail. Long pants with elasticized waistline, legs cuffed to match shirt. (B) shirt same as View A. Cuffless pants. (C) Shirt with short sleeves, turn-back cuffs. Short pants.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tears, staining). This is a second hand item.
