The pattern is complete and has been cut out, there are some small tears at the edges. The envelope is very worn and tattered. It is creased and torn down both sides and part of the way across the front. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item. The price reflects the condition and also the rarity of the item.
