Pattern and instructions to make:

Butterick 8787; ca. 1959; Misses' Magic-To-Make Overblouse. Button-front overblouse with three neckline variations. (A) Cardigan version with three-quarter sleeves. (B) Short-sleeved version with plunge collar and low bow. (C) Hi-bow version.

Vintage condition: the UNPRINTED pattern is complete. The pieces are creased and some have small holes and tearsInstructions are present.  Envelope shows wear, creasing, tears. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second hand item.
