The UNPRINTED pattern is INCOMPLETE, THE COLLAR PIECE IS MISSING. THE INSTRUCTIONS REFER TO 9 PIECES, HOWEVER THE ILLUSTRATIONS INDICATE THERE SHOULD BE 7. The pieces are creased, there is spotty discolouration on some pieces and small tears on some pieces. The instructions are present. The envelope is worn. It is creased and there are tears. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. The price reflects the condition of this rare item. This is a second-hand item.
