In good condition overall with a few flaws. Wear and tear to cover, losses at bottom edges, creases and spotty discolouration, tiny tears along edges of cover, tears around where the staples have been, black scuff mark down one side of the front cover. Name written in pencil on cover. Rust marks around the staples. Several scuffs, scratches and creases. Cover has a grubby appearance (both front and back). Wear, rubbing and tears along the spine. The cover has come off. Dog ears to corners of some pages. Staples have started to rust (though they are still intact) and there is some rust transference to surrounding paper. General age discolouration/tanning throughout, with heavier tanning to page edges. A few small foxing spots and handling creases. But otherwise good. Internal pages are otherwise good with no major flaws - no major stains or tears. The centre pages are loose from the staples.
The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. This is a second-hand item.
Your pattern will arrive packed in an archival quality comic book bag with an archival quality backing board.
